Truly insane.
Oh, the law bans gun owners from drinking alcohol or being pissed when they carry their weapons into bars, but I imagine that's going to be as effective as the UK "you can't serve drunk people" law.
Glad it's not happening here. The thought of Plymouth's Union Street on a Saturday night, with the punters allowed to bring hand artillery with them, is enough to really chill the blood.
