Fixing things when they go wrong 0 points
Noticing things going wrong, reporting said things and then doing nothing 10 points
Producing reports stating the bleeding obvious putting fingers in ears whilst going la la la la 20 points.

Basically the same mistakes and flaws in ESA have been reproduced in PIP and made even worse.

ATOS spat coming out at same time as this even more damming report on PIP maybe I'm becoming a bit to cynical?
