Is there one?

If not, suggest some here....

I've been relying on Rinse FM, Uncle Dugs is mostly good, so is Surgeon (not sure about his skills as a presenter).

Also, anyone know how to download from Soundcloud on a phone?

Cheers. :)

Electronic stuff (mainly house/techno/related)

Fact Magazine - http://www.factmag.com/category/factmixes/
Resident Advisor - http://www.residentadvisor.net/podcast.aspx
Little White Earbuds - http://www.littlewhiteearbuds.com/category/podcast/
Louche - http://www.louchemusic.com/podcast/
XLR8 - http://www.xlr8r.com/podcast
Slabs of the Tabernacle - http://slabsofthetabernacle.com/

And lastly, although not a proper podcast:

Boiler Room - http://boilerroom.tv/category/recordings/

They're video recordings of live sets, but most of them are on soundcloud or whatever to download.

Cheers, but how do you do this on a phone?

As far as I know, you can only download SC from the website. So set your phone to get the desktop site if you have that option (Android's Chrome browser can).

And just in case you didn't realise, I only meant that for the Boiler Room sets; the rest are normal podcasts/mp3s.

2 fav reggae podcasts:

tending towards mystic conscious roots

live from a smokey studio in Tel Aviv

and for all things JA

Mick Sleeper - Canadian? US> Not sure, but nice podcasts for certain

Good choices, Skunkride has a huge selection. Mick S is Canadian, he runs a website dedicated to all things Upsetter some of you lot might like: http://www.upsetter.net/

Big Mikey Dread (not the famous dead one or the Channel One selector) is always entertaining, and has some great mento/early stuff too: http://bigmikeydread.podomatic.com/

His (and my) mate Ian also does one which gets loads of listeners: http://houseofreggae.podomatic.com/

Some proper education from Tighten Up's Tim P: http://www.dancecrasher.co.uk/

Does anyone here actually do the proper podcast thing, where it automatically updates the cast to your pod when you plug it in?

36 mins in to the 17th July 2013 Metalheadz show on Rinse FM.

Superb stuff so far.

Electronic explorations is decent. Some of it a bit too 'experimental' at times but check out the recent one mixed by Synth Sense; highly recommended!

It's good for non-music stuff. Especially news.

I used to do the Guardian science podcast and the Economist weekly digest (which you might have to be a subscriber to get - can't remember). All stuff like the Freakonomics or Hardcore History is good, too, as you know what to expect: factual, interesting documentaries/talks with little variation in form or content, apart from the topic at hand.

Music, less so. Unless you subscribe to a very specific feed. The Resident Adevisor podcast, for instance, is too diverse to download everything (IMO). But the Louche or Slabs of the Tabernacle shows I posted above are very specific in the kind of music they provide/promote, so I could imagine doing it for those.
