Barry Daines sticker number 333 . . . you broke my heart:

England one has two players who are unlikely to go - Darren Bent and Jack Wilshere.
Why don't you think wilshere will go? I think if wilshere plays before the end of the season, which he is predicted to do,they will select him.

On the back of the possibility of 3 games at the backend of the season? They shouldn't bring him, but then it hasn't stopped us in the past...

I agree that perhaps they shouldn't take him if he has only played 3 games, but I think we are so short of talent, that they will take him if he is no longer injured.

Who knows in this (as with previous tournaments) Eng are the only (I think only) Association that does not allow its badge to be used or for the players' photos to have them in their match shirts?

Surely they can't be that arsey over image rights etc?

I bought it Sat, £1.99 for album and 3 packs of stickers plus 6 stickers inside the album cover so 21 in total

It looks good this time let's get on it

I read at http://www.stickerswapping.co.uk/panini-uefa-euro-2012-poland-ukraine-sticker-album.html that the very first sticker is a panini special sticker. do any of you know exactly what they are talking about? is it one of those that panini only makes 5 per country for example and is ultra rare?

It's usually the one with no number that goes inside the front cover. Dunno if they make less of them, I assume you can order it at the end like you can with the other ones.

Well the FA will be producing their own range of associated products for the tournament and won't want this detracting from it. Pretty sure other countries' FAs will be doing the same within their own territories too (and perhaps the FA logo etc will be used abroad for the collection but not here).

Appreciate a Welshman may not be familiar with the finer points of merchandising rights for major tournaments though

This also happened in 2010. The sticker that should have been the shiny England badge was a Cross of St George instead.

I hope you're collecting this year, JTG.

yeah the England team page looked well shit in the World Cup 2010 album. None of the players were pictured in action shots - just a head & shoulders pic in a plain white t-shirt. They weren't even allowed to use an England team picture, so Panini had to make one up by photoshopping all the individual pics together. It looked so bad.

As much as it was fun last time I did it, I'm not sure I want to spend nearly £200 on stickers......I am still undecided.....
