If I can have a closed one ;
Bath Green Park (The Somerset & Dorset Station)
I'll have to think about it for a bit for an open one (and can I have non-standard gauge ?)

Some of the Settle & Carlisle ones are pretty nice.

I liked Selby as it was like a time warp from the 70s when I'd stop there a few years back, had a proper old school cafe where you could get a cheese toastie for a couple of quid, all Formica and stains. It's probably being tarted up now :(

Darjeeling on the DHR or anywhere on Network Rail that has is intact from LPTB,SR,GWR,LMS,LNER or pre 1922 grouping not been wrecked especially if it has working signal box and semophore signaling and a gated level crossing

Appleby on the S and C got to be my favorite on the Settle and Carlisle
