animated sinking boat timer

Aaargh... I have been challenged with getting a timer (to adjust to a specific time - about 3 mins in this case) of a boat sinking. I need to be able to play it on a powerpoint. I could probably animate it on p/point but it will take FOREVER and I don't have enough time. I can't find anything suitable googling and I'm not great at this sort of thing. Can anyone help me? Very selfish request but I'd be so grateful...

fuck. bit of a cropping accident but this is one i did in photoshop

put with the timer it sorta works
