As some of you may or may not be aware, there have been many reports over the last couple of years, of strange rumbing noises, which seem to come from the sky, not one part of the sky, but large areas. This thread, I hope, will turn into a good resource of the videos and blogs, media reports and first hand accounts that are on the web, of the phenomina.
So I'll kick start it with a couple of the links I've already put in the earthquake/volcano thread.

And here is a recent article, where the sound was heard over the whole of Costa Rica (the second video is from Kiev, and in the second link I posted, the guy on that blog thinks that the metallic sounding videos like that one, could be fakes. but that is just his opinion, they could indeed be real.

As you see, there are quite a few videos, from lots of different places. Give them a listen, some of them are very faint, and you might not be able to hear them unless you have a decent system. But others are very loud, and some a quite spooky sounding.Alot of the time, the people who record these sounds say that there is no wind, they're not by busy roads and there are clear skies with no jumbo jets or choppers, and no storms nearby.

I'd like this thread to be well resourced, and as many of these noises are being heard all around the globe, some of the sparce media reports will not be in english. So, if you know any other languages, then you mgiht be able to help in gathering media articles or news clips from other parts of the world. That would be helpful
